Return & Cancellation Policy

Because we deliver live online services, this policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds instead of physical product returns.

1. Before your plan starts

Cancel at least 7 calendar days before your first scheduled live session for a full refund of prepaid fees, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees disclosed at checkout.

2. After your plan starts

Partial refunds may be available if you withdraw because of technical issues we cannot resolve. Completed live sessions are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling

With at least 24 hours notice, you may move to another open cohort of the same format within 60 days, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by us

If we cancel a live session, you will receive a replacement date or a pro-rata credit. We are not responsible for your local internet outages.

5. How to request a refund

Email callme@refreshbeampurif.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 10 business days.

6. State consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection laws, including rights available to California residents.
